Returns Policy

REFUNDS
If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, no worries, you're eligible for a refund. However, if your order has already been sent out and you need to file a claim all sale items are final and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they were defective or damaged. 

RETURNS
To uphold stringent food safety standards, we cannot take back products. If you notice any issues and would like to submit a claim, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to get a return code and double-check with our team so we can handle everything smoothly. If your order is returned to us by the carrier and marked as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the product only.

SHIPPING
Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable after the product has shipped. If you have a shipping claim resolving your issue might require waiting for shipping carriers to review the claim.

COUPONS
Discounts promoted outside our website will not be honored and rewards can't be combined with other discounts or coupon codes.
